產品結構

   輕型(xing)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單(dan)框芯式(shi)結構(gou)。初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼制(zhi)成與器芯配合較佳的(de)八(ba)角結構(gou),整體外(wai)形美觀大方。其外(wai)部結構(gou)圖(tu)見圖(tu)1,內部結構(gou)見圖(tu)2。

工作原(yuan)理:

    輕型高壓試驗(yan)變壓器為(wei)單(dan)相(xiang)變壓器,聯結(jie)組標號I.I.用二頻220V(10KVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入系列操作箱(臺(tai)),經操作箱內(nei)自(zi)耦調(diao)壓器(50KVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓器外附)調(diao)節至0-200V(或(huo)0-400V)

電壓(ya)輸出至試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電磁感應(ying)原(yuan)理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)的高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆未畫出,其原理與(yu)上圖相同。

四、使用方(fang)法:

1、試(shi)驗變做被試(shi)品的工頻耐壓試(shi)驗使用接線原(yuan)理(li)圖。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容(rong)量來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)在  100-300MA時,可(ke)取0.5-1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)陰作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)于(yu)長度可(ke)按(an)150KV/m考慮,管(guan)子和粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適(shi)量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的陰值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護電阻:當電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)110%-120%)球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試(shi)品(pin)起到(dao)保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這上(shang)(shang)個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)須(xu)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入RCF阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

(1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系辦法。并有專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀態。

(2)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

(3)對(dui)丁大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整間隙。

(4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位的突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha),也不能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般(ban)應(ying)在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

(5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

(6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程,如發現下(xia)列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正常的聲音。

(7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄(xie)漏(lou)試驗時接(jie)線原理(li)圖如圖7。

泄露試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)(bu)超過高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60KV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)陰按(an)R1=60/0,1=600KΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/01=600KΩ選擇,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)應具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。高壓濾流(liu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)(zai)0.01-0.1HF,當被(bei)試品的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可(ke)省(sheng)略(lve)不(bu)(bu)用(yong)。

泄(xie)漏試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

(1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對(dui)外連線是否擦凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到人工作部位上去。

(2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的(de)接線后,應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可加(jia)壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地(di)與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

(3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品(pin)的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定讀數。

(4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng),應密切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

(5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充(chong)分放(fang)電。

五、注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行(xing)的試驗接好工作線路(lu)。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及操作系統的外殼(ke)必須可靠(kao)接地(di),試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的高壓(ya)(ya)繞阻的x端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以及測量繞組的F端(duan)(duan)必須可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)阻的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke),**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須(xu)調(diao) 到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調(diao)壓器返回至零(ling)位(wei),然后切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)有得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗(yan)必需外,決不允許全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

 7、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高(gao)壓試驗時,除熟悉(xi)本(ben)說(shuo)明外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行國家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng),可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性(xing)試驗規程(cheng)》等。

輕(qing)型交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)是根據機電(dian)部《試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)準在(zai)(zai)原同類產(chan)品基礎上經(jing)過(guo)大(da)量改進(jin)后而(er)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)輕(qing)型交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)是在(zai)(zai)(G)系列(lie)(lie)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎上按照國家(jia)標(biao)準《ZBK-41006-89》經(jing)過(guo)改進(jin)后而(er)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)新型產(chan)品。本系列(lie)(lie)產(chan)品具有體(ti)積小(xiao)、重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing)、結構緊(jin)湊、功能齊全,通用(yong)性強(qiang)和使用(yong)方(fang)便等特點。特別適用(yong)于電(dian)力(li)系統(tong)、工(gong)礦企業(ye)、科(ke)研(yan)部門等對各種(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)設備、電(dian)氣(qi)元件、絕緣(yuan)材料進(jin)行匯頻或(huo)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)強(qiang)度試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。是高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)必不可少(shao)的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要設備。

二、產品結構

   輕型(xing)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)結構。初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)(zai)鐵芯(xin)(xin)上、高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)在(zai)(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增(zeng)大(da)了繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼制成與器芯(xin)(xin)配(pei)合較佳(jia)的八角結構,整體外形美觀大(da)方。其外部(bu)結構圖見圖1,內部(bu)結構見圖2。

在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器中,a、x為低壓輸(shu)入端子,E、F為低度表測(ce)量端子,A、X為高(gao)壓輸(shu)出。

三、工作原理:

    輕型(xing)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組標號I.I.用(yong)二頻(pin)220V(10KVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電源接入系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自耦(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(50KVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0-200V(或0-400V)

電壓(ya)輸(shu)出至試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗所需的高電壓(ya)。

2、單臺試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器工作原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖4,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai),取(qu)消短路桿(gan)時(shi),作為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

 試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套(tao)管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未(wei)畫出,其原理與上圖相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)  100-300MA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5-1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)陰(yin)作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管于長度可(ke)按150KV/m考慮,管子和粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的(de)陰(yin)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%-120%)球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這上(shang)(shang)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必須存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測量(liang)(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入RCF阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗(yan)操作(zuo)注意事項

 (1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系辦法(fa)。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀態。

(2)被試品應清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶(dai)來的誤差。

(3)對(dui)丁大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整間(jian)隙。

(4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零位的突然(ran)合閘,也不能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至(zhi)零位時拉閘。

(5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降到1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

(6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程,如發現下列不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明(ming)原因:①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

(7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的直流耐壓或(huo)泄漏試驗時接線原理(li)圖如圖7。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖7中所(suo)示。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出電(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60KV的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)裝置中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)陰按R1=60/0,1=600KΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/01=600KΩ選(xuan)擇,限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻應具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。高(gao)壓濾流(liu)電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01-0.1HF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不(bu)用。

泄漏試驗的操作及注意事項

(1)試驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到人工作部位上去。

(2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特別注意檢(jian)查高壓設備(bei)及引線與地與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中(zhong)所規(gui)定的內容進行試驗。

(3)對于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)(du)數(shu)。

(4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程,應(ying)密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

(5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)。

五、注意事項

 1、按照您所進行的試驗接好工(gong)作線路。試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)的外殼(ke)以及操作系(xi)統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di),試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)的高壓繞阻的x端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組的F端必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端,測量繞阻的F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前(qian),操作系(xi)統的調壓器必(bi)須(xu)調 到零位后方可(ke)接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始勻(yun)帶旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20S逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60S逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)75%后,再以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)批示以及被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中如發現測量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品情況異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou)(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品有得超(chao)過額定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)需外,決不允(yun)許(xu)全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、使(shi)用(yong)本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,除熟悉本說明(ming)外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和操作規(gui)(gui)程,可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)(yan)規(gui)(gui)程》等。

七、試(shi)驗變壓器的容量選擇(ze):

標(biao)準(zhun)試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式:Pn=KVn2ωct×10-9。

式中:Pn—標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(KVA)

      Vn—試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高壓的有效值(KV)

      K—**系數(shu)。K≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,K=2,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,K值可取(qu)高一些(xie),

ct—被試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(PF)

ω—角頻(pin)率, 2лf.F-試驗電(dian)源的頻(pin)率。

被(bei)試設備的電(dian)容量ct可由(you)交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,可由(you)設備的類型
